The entire team is amazing. As a new patient, they were able to schedule me in within 48 hours to repair a chipped cap. They did a better job than the original dentist who did the original cap, handled all the insurance claim paperwork, and explained everything in a manner that was easily understood. Thank you!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I go to Dr. Patel, who is knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and the appointments and treatments are well organized. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. I genuinely felt well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!!

I've been coming to Reliance Dental for well over a decade now, and it is always a good experience. Let's be real, no one loves the dentist. But the people who work here are so kind, friendly, and always very accommodating (I am chronically ill, and need a lot of tweaks to stay comfortable, and so that I don't end up hurting myself.
I did Invisalign with Dr. Chandy back around 2012/2013, and again, it was a really good experience. The front ladies and hygienists are lovely.
Another thing I love is that when I ask for something to be done, rather than the hygienists or dentists trying to convince me otherwise, they actually listen, and almost every single time will honor my requests (when safe, doable, etc.). Ten stars!

I've been going to this Reliance Dental for years, got lucky as it was the first clinic I went to after moving to Edmonton. I also take my kids here, and they actually don't mind going to the dentist. The experience has consistently been fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome and comfortable.
The dentists are highly skilled and knowledgeable, providing thorough explanations and guidance for all our dental needs. They are especially patient and gentle with children, making their visits stress-free. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, with modern equipment. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking reliable dental care for the whole family.

I've been with them for almost 16 years. There's always a truth about the saying "First impressions Last." Dr. Chandy is a very caring and warm hearted dentist, his gestures to all his patients are genuine. I can't forget my first visit, he offered me to sit on a dental chair with massager. I already felt so relaxed that instant, he always offered comfort when ever it's needed. Kudos to his great team, especially Dr. Tung, Vimi, Ishrat, and Noor.

Dr. Ramangot did a wonderful job with my cleaning, very comfortable experience. Noor at reception went out of her way to make sure my insurance coverage matched my needs. Highly recommend.

Wonderful dental clinic. The staff are awesome and welcoming. Everyone from reception to the dental assistant(Ishrat) to the dentist(Dr.Gurpinder) were very friendly and did a great job, made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

10/10 recommend Reliance Dental! I've had some terrible experiences with dentists, and unfortunately, have experienced cavities since a very young age. This practice is the first time I've had any amount of dental work done with zero pain, and even without any freezing. Never do I feel like Reliance is seeking out frivolous work, they're always checking my comfort throughout each visit. The bonus free whitening kits is a small customer service point but one that's appreciated! Dr. Reema Patel is a fantastic dentist, not only great and efficient with patients, but also great at coaching and teaching while working. The hygienists I've had here are thorough and will work with you for future prevention.

We've been seeing Dr. Ravi Chandy almost since he opened 12 years or so,ago. He is fabulous! He helped me conquer my paralyzing fear of dentists! After 50 years of white-knuckled care, I now have no fear! Noor his receptionist, ishi his assistant and vimi his hygienist, take the time to truly care. They are welcoming and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Tv, blankets, water, contests, exceptional decor, music all puts you at ease and makes you feel at home! Don't miss them!
